Vitamin C is known to most people as a "good vitamin" that is to be found in oranges and is not stored in the body. Super simple Camu balls, makes about 10

• 1 pinch of himalayan salt
• 1.5 teaspoon of Camu camu
• 1 teaspoon of Mesquite
Pit and soak the Dates for a couple of minutes. In a food processor, make a flour of the Walnuts, Salt, Camu and Mesquite. Add the soaked Dates and process until you have a dough. Form balls of the doug that you roll in Hemp seeds, Cacao, shredded coconut or what ever you feel like. These are tasty to nibble on after a meal, or keep them by your computer.
